How to judge the quality of Galvanized steel sheet?
- Zinc coating thickness: The thickness of the zinc coating has an important impact on the corrosion resistance and service life of the product. Generally speaking, the standard for the thickness of the zinc coating is not less than 80 grams per square meter.
- Quality of zinc coating: The zinc coating should be uniform, smooth, and have strong adhesion. It should not have defects such as bubbles or wrinkles.
- Steel plate surface treatment: Steel plate surface treatment includes chemical treatment and mechanical treatment. Chemical treatment can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating, while mechanical treatment can ensure the flatness of the steel plate surface.
